Little Mister Andrew was NOT very happy to meet his photographer! He wanted to make it known that he wanted to be in his mama’s arms – which was perfectly okay with me. That’s where newborn babies should be.

As many of you know, I fell in love with film last year, and I am on a continuing quest to make it a part of my business. Diana responded to a model request I posted, when I was looking for film test subjects. In my brain the film is an awe-inspiring combination of portraits and interview bringing the viewer to tears. (You’ll notice that there is no film on this post, which means the film has not panned out yet – I’m still struggling.) We’ll see how it turns out. 🙂
Newborn – Ansley
In early January, Ansley’s mom called me to schedule newborn portraits. Little Miss Ansley was almost a month old, and I was leaving for vacation, but I will bend over backwards to get a newborn in, so we set up a date and this is the result.
